Returns Policy
Returns will be accepted only if the return is sent within three days of the delivery confirmation date. A full refund of the purchase price, excluding the shipping, will be made promptly upon receiving the merchandise in the same condition in which it was shipped. There are no refunds on items damaged in shipping. In that case, you must file a claim with the carrier. Orders that are paid for with a credit card and returned will be assessed a $3.00 processing fee. All packages are to be fully insured. You must notify us of any return so that we will be expecting your package. Returns that are sent without our prior knowledge will be refused. We do not refund shipping costs or credit card fees. They will be deducted from the total amount of your refund. Please ship your package via a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below.

Limitation of Liability
Hot Rod Grills - Canada shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if Hot Rod Grills - Canada has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
Typographical Errors
In the event that a Hot Rod Grills - Canada product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Hot Rod Grills - Canada reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Hot Rod Grills - Canada reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Hot Rod Grills - Canada shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
